I've spent a lot of time googling this error, as well as going through the Plex forums, but couldn't find a solution. It seems like I'm not able to add ANY content at all at this point. I thought maybe the connection to the hard drive was causing the issue, so I've copied some contents to my local disk, and tried adding that, and got the same message. Tune in to Live TV on Plex anytime, on almost any deviceno hardware required. So I did a hard uninstall and whenever I try to add my library (external hard drive), I get the error message: "Your changes cannot be saved". It still wasn't fixed by October, so I decided to just delete my server and do a clean re-install, which I thought was a good idea. So I just let it be for the time being, as it sometimes fixes itself as well. I've tried my usual solution, which is to delete the contents from the Plug In Support/Caches directory, which didn't work. ![]() Starting around March of this year, I noticed that for any new movies / tv shows I add, the posters & info (the metadata?) wasn't getting updated. Been a Lifetime Plex Pass user for a few years now.
